Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Primex Four by Four Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Services

Primex Four by Four Enterprises provides automotive protection and detailing services including but not limited to:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Window tinting services
• Ceramic coating application
• Leather protection treatments
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Custom protection packages

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty

We provide warranty on our services as specified at the time of service. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service and materials used. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primex Four by Four Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Vehicle Inspection

Prior to any service, we will conduct an inspection of your vehicle and document any existing damage. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the pre-service inspection report.

Care Instructions

Following service completion, we will provide care instructions for maintaining your vehicle's protection. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
